NEW Location: Victoria Park Armoury, 210 Kent St. West, Lindsay, Ontario K9V 1A3. The building will be locked and secured each night.
Booth Fees:
8’ x 8’ Booth: $150 for KLAC members / $200 for non-members
8’ x 16’ Booth: $250 for KLAC members / $300 for non-members
Friday Set-Up Time:
New this year, all vendors will be assigned a set-up time on Friday, May 22. Vendors must be available to set up on this day in order to participate in the event. You will be asked to indicate your preferred set-up time window in your application.
To reduce congestion at the doors during unloading, we are implementing scheduled time slots. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to nearby street parking.
That evening, we invite vendors, councillors, and sponsors to join us for a casual gathering to mingle and connect before the weekend begins.
Vendor Responsibilities:
All display components must be free standing and safely secured to avoid falling down. All items must fit within the allotted space. For single booth spaces, one 6 foot table will be provided, and two tables for double booths. Chairs will be provided.
Vendors are responsible for setting up their booths on Friday (exact setup time to be confirmed) and dismantling their displays on Sunday.
Vendors must be able to attend both days of the event, as well as set up during their allotted time on Friday.
There are no available electrical outlets for vendors. While the venue is well lit, any vendors wishing to operate items requiring electricity will need to use battery powered options.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance, including liability coverage.
Vendors are not permitted to park on the Armoury grounds during the event. Parking is limited and will be reserved for visitors. Vendors must use nearby street parking throughout the weekend.
A $75 non-refundable fee applies if cancelling after April 24, 2026.
Participation is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. Submit your application early!

All displayed work must be original works created by the artist.
The KLAC Board reserves the right to request removal of any work displayed at the market that does not meet our criteria (e.g., reproductions, mass-produced items, or pieces not in the spirit of the event).
If, based on the 3–5 photos submitted at the time of application, the KLAC Board determines that an artist’s work does not fit the criteria, the application will not be accepted and a full refund of the application fee will be issued.

The booth fee is due at the time of application submission.
Submission Requirements:
All submissions must be original works created by the vendor.
Type of Craft/Media
A short statement about you and your creative process.
3-5 photos of your work must be emailed after submitting your application for review and use in promotional materials.
Ensure your photos include all the work you intend to exhibit.
Provide a price list reflecting the variety and price ranges of your work, including prices for the submitted images.

Securing your spot
Vendors can indicate their preferred booth location when submitting their application – “Sold Out” booth spaces have already been secured by another vendor. Payment is required upon application submission.
