• A $50 non-refundable fee applies if cancelling after April 18, 2025. • Vendors must be able to attend both days of the event. • Artists are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and display racks, as well as setting up/taking down their displays during this two day event. • Upon acceptance, you must submit your booth fee by April 18, 2025, to secure your participation in the event. • The booth fees are as follows: $150 for KLAC members / $200 for non-members for a 10’ x 10’ booth. $200 for KLAC members / $250 for non-members for a 10’ x 20’ booth. • All information in my application is accurate.
