The Kawartha Lakes Concert Band is excited to present "The Maple Leaf Forever"! This is an all Canadian concert featuring music from Canadian composers such as Howard Cable, Cait Nishimura, and Robert Buckley, and music about our great events in our country's history, such as Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope, and the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

We are also excited to feature PEI's own Olive MacPhail as a tuba soloist at this concert, and it will also serve as the second performance ever for our newly formed Kawartha Lakes Youth Concert Band!

Come out to hear some great music, get inspired by great Canadian musicians, and moments, and support the Kawartha Lakes community.
