MIKL 2022: IT’s Happening!
Submitted by Lesley Drummond
It’s been a very long time since artists have been able to get together to exhibit and sell their work to the public, BUT – fingers crossed! – Made in Kawartha Lakes will be back bigger and better on May 28th & 29th, 2022.
With COVID safety measures in place, this Annual Show and Sale will change its venue to Kawartha Settlers’ Village in Bobcaygeon to allow for a greater number of participants to exhibit in both indoor and outdoor booths, allowing for enhanced ease of social distancing.
Fine artists and artisans working in a wide variety of media will share their talents for two full days, taking over the Village for this cultural festival.
You’ll have to wait for more details – will there be buskers? Other performances? Demonstrations? Food options? – but PLEASE SAVE THE DATE and don’t miss out on Made in Kawartha Lakes 2022 Art Show & Sale this spring!
