SPARK Photo Festival
SPARK: a start, a catalyst, to spark interest, to spark the imagination. The SPARK Photo Festival is all these things. In 2012 co-founders Bill Lockington, Robert Boudreau and Micky Renders connected over their desire to draw attention to the talented photographers in the Peterborough and Kawarthas region.
Jim Babbage
Jim Babbage initially wanted to be a writer but his father gave him a camera for high school graduation and his goals changed because he fell in love with photography. Jim is primarily self-taught but did receive some training in photography when he was at college for journalism.
